Tammy Flaxman Bobo

Tammy Flaxman Bobo founded Oma's Pantry because she wanted to share age-old original kosher style family recipes with her community in Indian Rocks Beach and the greater Tampa Bay area. Tammy's recipes hail from all over the world, including Germany, South Africa, Israel, Syria and more, making for a unique and diverse selection of baked goods.

"As children, we affectionately called our grandmother Omi (German for grandmother), and she was the inspiration behind our bakery. We are committed to preserving her legacy by continuing to use her traditional family recipes in many of our baked goods. My husband's grandmother has been a massive influence on us as well. With both of their priceless recipe books on-hand, we knew that we hand the potential for a very successful business"!

Tammy's incredible kosher-style desserts have been serving the Jewish community through an array of lifecycle functions and events. In addition, the bakery also works with corporate clients to make beautiful cookies custom-branded with company logos.
